The Pyro Player is an interactive fireworks video system designed specifically for fireworks retailers. Customers simply scan a firework's barcode and its product video plays on the screen, giving them an easy way to see a product in action while they shop.
Your Start-Up Kit includes everything needed for one Pyro Player location. Connect the player to a TV or display, connect the included barcode scanner, set up your product playlist, and you're ready to go.
But The Pyro Player is more than the equipment.
Your first year of The Pyro Player Service Plan is included with your Start-Up Kit. Your Service Plan gives you access to managed content updates, the Pyro Player Dashboard, new content requests, and our Equipment Guarantee.
Missing a product? Send it to us and we'll work on adding it for you — or use the Dashboard to manage content yourself. You choose how hands-on you want to be.
Your active Service Plan includes our Equipment Guarantee. If your Pyro Player equipment fails, we'll work with you to get it fixed — and when it can't be fixed, we'll replace it.

Current Yearly Service Renewal Fee
Renewal keeps your managed content service, Dashboard access, and Equipment Guarantee active.
$249.99 per unit
To keep your Pyro Player Service Plan active, renewal payment must be received by the service expiration date.
If payment is not received within 15 days after expiration, service will be terminated and the device will be deactivated.
After deactivation, you may:
- Contact our team to pay the outstanding renewal invoice and restore service.
- Contact our team to arrange return of the equipment.
Service Agreement
One-year service is included with the initial purchase. Continued equipment use is subject to an annual renewal fee per unit, which may change at our discretion.
