Rental Terms
Rental Model: We rent The Pyro Player devices, which include a startup cost for the production of the units and any materials we provide as part of the package.
Annual Fee: Throughout the duration of your service, there will be a yearly fee set by us. This fee covers maintenance and repairs, content retrieval, and the servers we use to provide content to you upon request or when we update our libraries.
Shipping and Delivery
Service Time: Our standard service time is typically 2-4 weeks after placing an order. However, during peak holidays such as New Year's and the 4th of July, service times may be longer due to increased demand and potential shipping delays.
Material Availability: In some cases, there may be delays in shipping due to the unavailability of materials needed to produce or repair your units. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an estimated timeline for when your order will be completed and shipped.
Shipping Costs: We cover all shipping costs associated with the rental of our equipment, including initial delivery and returns for service. These costs are factored into the startup cost and yearly renewal fee. If you are asked to pay for shipping to streamline the return of any device, the cost will be reimbursed to you as a credit.
Use of Services
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services that gave rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
