Service Time

Our standard service time is typically 2-4 weeks after placing an order. However, please be aware that during peak holidays when fireworks are commonly used, such as New Year's and the 4th of July, service times may be longer due to increased demand and potential shipping delays.

Material Availability

In some cases, there may be delays in shipping due to the unavailability of materials needed to produce or repair your units. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an estimated timeline for when your order will be completed and shipped.

Shipping Costs

We cover all shipping costs associated with the rental of our equipment. This includes:

  • Shipping devices to customers for the first time

  • Shipping devices back for any required service

These costs are factored into the startup cost of your equipment rental and the yearly renewal fee.

Returns and Reimbursements

If you are asked to pay for shipping to streamline the return of any device, the cost will be reimbursed to you as a credit. This ensures that you are not out-of-pocket for any shipping expenses related to your rental.
